Happy Monday everybody!
Graduation went off without a hitch... it was tons of fun and so wonderful to have my family, my Gran and Darren there to support and congratulate me. And the ball was great. Caught up with Lara at some stage in the evening and spent the rest of the time we were there catching up with her and Karthik.
Saturday was a pretty quiet day mostly just hung out and watched scrubs. Had Carrie's 21st on Saturday night. It was a nice evening just relaxing and chatting with Dan, Jo and Beth. Unfortunately I wasn't feeling too well though so I probably wasn't the best conversation. On Sunday I discovered what my purpose in life is... I'm going to be a kite caddy (it's like a golf caddy but involves helping out someone flying a kite, eg assisting with untangling, and digging the kite out of the ground when it nosedives etc - and yes I did just make that profession up). Kirsty, Andrew and I went out to Brighton where those two had a go at flying their kites... kites have changed a lot since I was a kid they seemed to be a lot faster and more aggressive, somewhat like angry seagulls!
Tonight is Margaret's (Darren's Mum) birthday so we'll be going out for tea and I get to hang out with Darren's two year old nephew Jessie which will be fun!
I've started reading a book Amy gave me called Kahlo - about the artist Frida Kahlo and it's really interesting. I hadn't really come across her art much until I saw (and loved) the movie. And from what I've read so far of the book the movie seems to be true to her life. But anyway everyone should see the movie, the visual transitions from her paintings to real life are quite amazing (just watch it and you'll know what I mean!).

The major comment I have regarding your "web log" (is that what it is called?) is that you should mention me more often. And make more jokes! Start with personal ones about Darren.
Also, I would have to say that kite flying is more fun when there is actually wind. Then you will be impressed. And you will be more than a mere caddy.
I can't help but wonder why I am commenting on your blog when I can just talk to you. Oh well.
Because blog commenting is fun! And you get to share your wit and humour with the whole world instead of just me!

Also it was on the episode of Scrubs I watched last night...
Well ok at least your wit is available to most of the world (including Mongolia I'm told) should they choose to subject themselves to it.
