Squeak!

Good morning everyone,

Sorry I'm late this morning. It's because I had to eat my porridge. Normally I just throw it at the walls, but Andrew banned that.

Well wasn't the long weekend nice and long? I'll say it was.

I bought two pairs of socks.

Also I had a dream that I was having a baby, but there was only a 27% chance of it living so I was very distraught. Following on from the baby theme, the next day I had a deram that I was babysitting the child of the ambassador to New Zealand from somewhere in the Middle East (the dream wasn't specific). Also in that dream I went to the school canteen and bought some red licorice and a chocolate milk for $3.50 which I thought was rather a lot.

I don't think I have any other news. Sorry.

Bye!

:-) M

Its 11.13 for the good love of Jesus!

Has anyone purchased X&Y? I heard they are coming to NZ in the new year. I would like to go.

Mindy - I would be interested if Coldplay are your cup of tea. Too milky perhaps?

Did you become a born again Christian too Andrew? It's great isn't it!

Coldplay. Well I like them. But they're not my cup of tea. In that I will listen, and enjoy but I'd probably rather listen to something a bit less milky. If you are trying to recruit concert companions I would be open to that dependent on some variables such as location and price.

You are such a hard rocking chick.

Doesn't Jimmy Page look funny these days?

Jimmy looks all old and oriental

Hehe he should grow his hair back! He looks kind like Tom Hanks or something!

Shhhhh.
I like him to pretend he is me whenever I have to visit England (uggh) and you will spoil it!

How was your toastie pie Mindy?

Its very cold. I have a jacket but no jersey. What a poor decision on my part.

Oh I didn't have toasties, just one of those pasta things. It was yummy thanks.

It is FREEZING at our house. Definitely colder than outside. I could see my breath. :-(

Oh my god Kirsty you are amazing!! That is such a super effort!

You really deserve a piece of cake tonight! Altho I don't really think it would be a good idea for me to cook another one. A daily cake is probably too much.

yeah considering that I eat half of it at a time. Not a good idea to do that everyday

Mindy said...

You can't have eaten half of it! You had such small pieces ;)

Hi Andrew,

I have the new Coldplay album and it's super!

I'll travel down from L.A. and go with you if you like.

And why are you only just commenting now then eh? You too John and Kirsty - I was worried you all might have had your index fingers severed.

It's just that my post was so uninspirational wasn't it. I'll try harder tomorrow.

:-D

Andrew - I think it sounds good, remuneration-wise I would expect $55K for a developer with 3 years experience... $55 moving to $60 sounds good, but I don't know how much experience you've had. I would look at how long they've been around, office atmosphere (nice place to work? are people happy? Do they disappear at 5? Is the secretary nice?) and whether they're going to go under in the next 6 months. Use Mindy's 8 ball to determine that one.
